Site Safety Assessments

Arc Flash Risk Assessment
The ES Squared Arc-Flash Risk Assessment is the most thorough in the industry. We calculate the energy at every point and give you an assessment on your equipment as well as the risk it poses to your workers with suggested methods of mitigating the risks.
ES Squared recognizes that for calculations to be accurate, the data inputs must also be accurate. We go into your facility to confirm the information provided – and while it is a tedious task to secure proper data and analysis, we insist on it. Most competitors will not offer this service, and this has the added benefit of updating your important single line diagram information.
By only providing the calculated incident energies, this does NOT provide a thorough and complete Arc-Flash Risk Assessment. NFPA 70E clearly specifies the necessity to consider the conditions of maintenance of equipment. This cannot be achieved without a thorough review of the design and condition of electrical equipment in the plant. This has the added practical benefit of providing the client with a basic assessment of their maintenance program needs that also affect the reliability of the facility, preventing serious long-term production interruptions. ES Squared will provide a thorough report of the Arc-Flash Risk Assessment and Incident Energy Calculations.
